Set-up Fees and Artwork
- A $50 custom artwork set-up fee is applied to each personalized order. This charge will be added to your shopping cart
- All custom orders must be accompanied by finished artwork and text

- Custom orders that need any graphic design change are subject to an additional $35 artwork design fee

Although we can provide a refund for items, which have been broken or damaged during shipping, we are unable to replace any personalized paper fan, which has been broken or damaged during shipping.
