To hasten the completion of your personalized hand fans, we recommend that your logo or artwork must be print-ready, in that it:

• Consists of a finished artwork with its custom text
• Preferably, a vector-based image: Adobe Illustrator (.ai.) or .eps
• In solid black and white since we can only print your design in one (1) color
• Measures at least 2.5 inches square

Please email your logo or finished artwork to Info@PersonalizedFanStore.Com together with other important ordering information, like your Order Number, the Product Name of the personalized hand fan that you need, and the ink color for your design.

We never print your personalized fans if they look odd! In most cases, we try to use submitted logos and finished designs with smaller resolutions or amend your submitted design that is a JPG, PNG, PSD, GIF, or BMP file into a vector format FREE of charge if it is simple.

However, we may charge for the alteration of your logo or submitted design, which can't be rectified quickly. In which case, we will advise you beforehand of any additional cost that might be incurred. Please note that delays, which may arise from preparing supplied logos or finished artworks that are not print-ready for superior-quality printing, may lead to your custom order missing your desired delivery date, especially for your personalized hand fan orders, which are placed under our 1 to 2 business days Rush Production option.

Yes, you can customize your choice of design from our templates using any of the ink colors available on our menu and with up to three (3) lines of custom text, maximum of 50 characters per line consisting of letters, numbers, and/or spaces. We work hard in creating our exclusive designs, thus it makes us so happy if you tap it as the signature design for your hand fan wedding favors, gifts, and party favors.

When you use a design from our templates, please know that:

• Both the image and your custom text is printed in the ink color of your choice.
• Your custom text is printed in the font style as shown on its template; and,
• Unless otherwise requested, your design is printed in its standard print size for your chosen hand fan.

Some design templates, however, particularly the Monogram designs and Anniversary designs, are intended to be personalized with your single-letter monogram and your anniversary year, respectively. Thus, when selecting these designs, please choose a Monogram Letter from our drop-down menu and to fill the Anniversary Year text box with your anniversary year. Also, the design templates available here on our online store are PersonalizedFanStore.com-exclusive and FREE for use by our customers. The use and printing, therefore, of any of these designs without our permission and by other channels – whether for personal or commercial use – are strictly prohibited.

We do have our Personalized Silk Fans - Side Print and Personalized Paper Fans - Side Print, which you can shop in Assorted colors.

If you choose Assorted from the Hand Fan colors of our drop-down menu, the message or custom text that you enter on the Text field will be printed on different colors of silk fans or paper fans, so you will receive personalized silk fans or personalized paper fans in various colors, each of which is uniformly printed on the guard side/s with one (1) message or custom text.

If you would like to decide, however, on the number of colors of silk fans or paper fans to personalize with a side print, just place separate orders of Personalized Silk Fans with Side Print or Personalized Paper Fans with Side Print. Each order must have one (1) message and one (1) hand fan color per order. Also, please be aware that each order will require the respective hand fan's minimum quantity per order.

With our Personalized Wood Fans with Side Print, we offer it in just one (1) style, thus it only takes a few clicks for you to have your custom text or message printed on their guard side.

To ensure the best outcome of your design on personalized fans with front print, our current process is to print one (1) design on one (1) hand fan color and one (1) hand fan style.This process lets us maximize the preparation of your design and to evenly distribute your ink color across all the hand fans in your order, effectually allowing us to keep your custom fans with front print at their very attainable prices.

Custom colors are currently available for all hand fans, which are personalized with the front print of your logo or finished artwork. Sample hand fans also come in random colors for the hand fan style of your choice. They will also feature a random print or design and will be shipped to you within the day or the next business day.

Due to the detailed and time-consuming processes, which are required to make a personalized hand fan, we cannot fulfill requests for sample hand fans, which feature a specific color, design, or artwork. But if you are interested, you can request a preview or mock-up of your personalized hand fan, which we will send via email. Or, you can place a minimum-sized order to see, show, or try as samples.

As of now, we only custom print designs and messages on hand fans. The print size, the preparation of your design's template, which is needed to ensure the uniform size and superior-quality imprint of your design, and production overhead costs, which are commensurate to the complexity of the work required for your design are some of the factors, which contribute to our different set-up fees. Fix-priced per order, you can save more on set-up fee with the more personalized hand fans that you buy. For your reference, here are the four (4) types of set-up fees we have here on PersonalizedFanStore.com:

$25 Custom Artwork Set-up Fee: This applies to personalized paper fans or wood fans with the front print of a design from our templates.
$50 Custom Artwork Set-up Fee: This applies to personalized fans with front print and personalized paper fans and wood fans with the front print of your logo or finished artwork.
$35 Artwork Design Fee: In addition to the $50 set-up fee, this is added to custom orders that need any graphic design change.

Once your order is placed and confirmed through our website or via our phone ordering, the details of your order is immediately sent to our design team so that we can start the transfer of your logo or cool artwork on the hand fan style of your choice. The completion of your order – whether here on our website or by phone – also confirms that you have reviewed and verified the accuracy of your custom order before it was submitted. Understandably, modifications and cancellations on personalized orders cannot be accepted.
