• Each personalized silk fan measures 8.25" long x15" wide (when fully opened)
• Made of bamboo and high-quality oxford fabric. Each weighs approx. 0.10 lb.
• Due to customization, there is a minimum order of 35 pieces
• Please open and close your new silk fans carefully until their folds are properly established

Set-up Fees and Photo:

• A $50 set-up fee is applied to each custom order; this charge is added to your shopping cart
• This set-up fee covers the cost of converting your submitted your photo into a line art
• For your photo, our preferred resolution is 96 DPI or greater

Production Time Options:

• The Standard Production Time is 5 Business Days (Excludes Shipping Time)
• 1-2 Rush Business Days, Excludes Shipping Time (Additional $0.75 Per Piece) ($35 Minimum, Max $75 per order*)
• 3-4 Rush Business Days, Excludes Shipping Time (Additional $0.55 Per Piece) ($25 Minimum, Max $55 per order*)
• *If your order with 1-2 Rush Business Days or 3-4 Rush Business Days does not meet its required $35 or $25 Minimum Rush Order Fee, the amount needed to attain its respective minimum rush fee will be added separately.
• *If the rush fee is greater than $75 for the 1-2 days or $55 for the 3-4 days, the excess will be returned to you as refund.
