Chinese New Year Holiday Advisory:

Due to the Chinese New Year Holiday, our factory will be closed from January 20 to February 5, 2025. For this reason, we can only accommodate Rush Orders for these full-color personalized silk fans up to January 6, 2025. We will continue to receive order during the holidays, but all orders that are placed after January 6, 2025 will be shipped after the CNY Holiday, or February 6. • Choose the style of the bamboo frame for your full-color personalized hand fans:
  
  • Natural Classic Frame: With elegant hearts and floral cut-out designs
  • Black Classic Frame: Premium-painted in black with hearts and floral cut-out designs (Add $0.35 per fan)
  • Natural Solid Frame: With imitation antique folding Chinese hand fan frame style (Add $0.30 per fan. Minimum order of 500 pieces)
• You can also add an optional print on the handle of the hand fan, max 40 characters (additional $0.75 per piece)

Hand Fan Features:

• Each personalized paper fan measures 8.25" long x 15" wide (when fully opened)
• Made of paper and bamboo. Each weighs approx. 0.11 lb.
• Due to customization, there is a minimum order of 100 pieces
• Smaller orders are accepted under special conditions. Please inquire.
• These personalized paper fans are imported from China

Set-up Fees and Artwork

• $50 printing set-up fee per order.All custom orders must be accompanied by finished artwork and text
• Custom orders that need any graphic design change are subject to an additional $35 artwork design fee
• Our preferred format for your artwork is a vector-based image: Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or .eps
• For your photo, our preferred resolution is 300 DPI or greater

Optional Organza Favor Bags


• Add organza favor bags for hand fans for only $0.50 per bag
• Each sheer organza bag is made of nylon with satin drawstring
• Each also measures 27 cm (10.6") long x 6 cm (2.4" wide)
• Choose from 9 colors of organza bags for fans

Production Time:

• The Standard Production Time is 25 Days (Excludes Shipping Time)
• Rush Production: 10 to 12 Days (Excludes Shipping Time):
  
  • For orders of 100-499 pieces: The rush fee is $65.00 per order.
  • For orders of 500-1000 pieces: The rush fee is $135.00 per order.

  Shipping Time:

• Standard Shipping: is 7 Days to most cities and countries (From $38 to your destination outside the USA)
• Rush Shipping: 2 to 4 Days (From $30 to your shipping destination within the USA)
• Rush fees will be added separately.
