- Each personalized paper fan measures 8.25" height x 15" wide (when fully opened)
- Color: White with natural bamboo frame featuring heart and floral cut-out designs
- Made of high-quality paper and bamboo. Each weighs approximately 0.10 lb.
- There is a minimum order of 35 pieces for the Standard print size
- There is a minimum order of 100 pieces for the Extra-wide print size
- Printing is done in the USA. Paper fans are imported from China
Set-up Fees and Artwork:
- A $50 custom artwork set-up fee is applied to each custom order; this charge will be added separately
- All custom orders must be accompanied by finished artwork and text
- Custom orders that need any graphic design change are subject to an additional $35 artwork design fee
- Our preferred format is a vector based: Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or .eps
- For orders with custom color, per custom color charge is subject to a maximum of $35 per order
- Any amount in excess of the $35 custom color charge computed at checkout will be refunded to you

Although we can provide a refund for items, which have been damaged, we are unable to replace any personalized paper fan, which has been broken or damaged while in-transit.
