About Your Artwork:
- All custom orders must be accompanied by finished artwork and text
- Our preferred format is a vector-based: Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or .eps
- For photos, we recommend a minimum resolution of 200 DPI. Preferred resolution is 300 DPI or greater
- Custom orders that need any graphic design change are also subject to an additional $35 artwork design fee
