To order: Please send-in your logo or finished artwork and your design specifications for your personalized medals, and we will do the rest for you. These custom medals are highly-customized and completely made to your order from scratch, but we guarantee that they are the best that you can get from among their kind. In fact, you should see these personalized medals for your school or academic awards, corporate recognition, sports events, and more light-up the faces of all your awardees and make your graduation or awarding ceremony a truly marvelous and unforgettable affair.

Before you place your order:

• Please e-mail your logo or finished artwork to Info@PersonalizedFanStore.com together with your design specifications and customization details, as follows:
  • Medal's size: Length, wide, and thickness
  • Material: Please choose between Metal, Wood, PVC, or Crystal
  • Order quantity
  • Attachment, such as ribbon, lanyard, butterfly pin, or safety pin
  • For custom lanyards, your logo or finished artwork for the lanyard. Design template for the lanyard is available by request. Please message us.
  • Need-by date for your order
  • Your complete shipping address. Due to the size and weight of this item, this will help us to check in advance the shipping cost and the best shipping option for your order, especially that these custom medals, especially when they are made of metal, can be weighty, and crystal medals - in addition to their weight - have to be securely packed in multiple layers because they are very fragile.
  • Packaging option: By default, these custom medals are packed in OPP bags. Gift boxes are also available (Additional charge applies).
• Once we receive your message, we will make a digital preview for your approval.
• Due to the highly-customized nature of this item, we can only provide the price quotation once you confirm your final design.
• Once the design and specifications of your custom medals are confirmed, we will submit your design and customization details to our production manager, who will assess the best materials to use and the production processes to perform in order to achieve your custom medals. After which, we will e-mail you the price quotation.
• If you are ready to place your order, we will draft the online invoice for your order.
• Please Note: Posted price is for the sample medal shown in Image 2. The actual price of your medal will depend on your medal's size, design, and materials and the number of custom medals in your order.
• ✈️ Overseas Shipment: These custom medals are made and shipped directly from our factory in Bangladesh (for orders below 100 pieces) and China (for orders 100 pieces and above).

Minimum Order: There is no minimum order for these custom medals. However, due to the price of the plate, you will be able to save more on your large order. 

Production Time and Shipping Time

• Standard Production Time: 20 to 35 Days (Excludes Shipping Time)
• Please Note: Production time excludes the designing phase before you confirm your order.
• Fast production of at least 15 days is subject to availability and is available only for repeat orders that require exactly the same design as the previous order.
• Standard Shipping Time: 7 days to 2.5 weeks to most cities and countries.

Set-up Fees and Artwork

• A $50 custom artwork set-up fee is applied to each design in your order. So, if your order, for example, has three (3) designs, i.e., different designs for the gold, silver, and bronze medals, then there will be three (3) set-up fees. This custom artwork set-up charge will be added separately. 
• All custom orders must be accompanied by finished artwork and text
• Our preferred format is a vector-based editable design: Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or .eps
• Custom orders that need any graphic design change are subject to an additional $35 artwork design fee.
• We can only accommodate up to three (3) revisions of the design preview. Additional $20 will be charged per revision from the 4th request to revise the digital preview.

Other Important Information 

Here are other important information that you may need for your order of these custom medals. 

• Certain designs are best worked using certain materials. For example, iron as the base material for your metal medal may yield the lowest price among the options, but is ideal and cost-effective only for the production of small-sized medals, i.e., up to 45 mm.
• Different designs may require different production processes.
• Many parts of the production process of these custom medals are meticulously made by hand by our experienced artisans. That is why, we are truly grateful for your patience on our fulfillment of your order. 

Specifications and Guide to your Design

Here are the list of features that you (and we) will need to design (and create) your custom medals. To better help us to achieve the custom medal that you need, it is best if you can provide us with the following details for your order:

• Medal Shape: Medals are typically shaped as a Circle, Square, Shield, Polygon, or Irregular or Custom-cut according to your design.
• Size: Standard sizes range between 1" to 2.5" wide. We can also create custom medals up to 7" wide. If you are unsure about the size that you need, please let us know if you would like our production team to recommend the best size for your design.
• Thickness: Medals typically range between 2 mm (0.08") to 8 mm (0.03") thick.
• Base Material: 
  • Metal: Ideal and the choice for most types of medals. The usual materials that we use are iron, brass, zinc alloy, aluminum, and stainless steel.
  • Wood:
  • Crystal: Our top recommendation for your custom medals that will be personalized with different designs, our crystal medals are available in standard sizes and they are very affordable from approximately $6.00 per piece. They are also personalized with the laser engraving of your logo or finished artwork. For a design preview of your custom crystal medals, please e-mail to us your logo or finished artwork for all the crystal medals in your order or your logo or finished artwork for all of the medals and the names to engrave on each of them.
  • PVC: The rising choice for medals for kids. 
  • Custom: If you would like us to use a special material for your custom medals, please feel welcome to let us know and we will strive hard to accommodate your request.
• The Colors of your Design: To better help us to achieve the colors in your design, it is important that you provide us with the Pantone Color Code of the key colors or all the colors in your logo or finished artwork.
• Metal Plating Color: The metal plating color is the reason why your metal medal shines in gold, silver, bronze, etc., looks timeless in matte gold or silver, modern-style in gunmetal black, and so on. Please choose from our 17 metal plating colors. Or, for best results, please send us a picture of your peg for the color and finish of your customized metal medal. 
• Printing Method of your Design: For the details in your logo that need be printed, you can choose if you want us to print them in 2-Dimensional or 3-Dimensional.
• Color Application: Some options to apply the colors of your logo on the medals are as follows: 
  • Filled with Soft Enamel or Hard Enamel: The choice for most custom metal medals, enamel makes the colors in your medal look elegant.
  • Non-Enameled: This applies to all medals without color, so they are plated, for example, in Gold, Silver, or Bronze, but they have the raised or recessed effect of embossing or debossing that emphasizes their design;
  • Color-Sprayed or spray-painted, so they are colored, but without the sheen of enamel coloring;
  • Glitter: Applicable for glittered designs;
  • Epoxy Finish: Epoxy acts as a protective layer for your custom medals and, while not usually requested, it can protect your medal, for example, from scratch.
  • Luminous: This is applied for colors that are intended to glow in the dark.
• Medal Edge Design: Classic and vintage-style medals usually have their edges designed with a Flat Wave, Rope Cut, Diamond Cross Cut, Flat Cut, Gear Edge, Spur Cut, Oblique Cut, or Reeded
• Attachment: For the finishing touch, you can choose a Ribbon, Lanyard, or Pin (applicable for small medals) to hold and display your medals. Please indicate the color of the lanyard or ribbon that you need. For customized lanyard or ribbon, please message us with your logo or finished artwork and the size of the lanyard or ribbon. For pins, basically, you can choose between safety pin and butterfly pin. 
• Packaging: By default, all bespoke medals are packed in OPP bags. We also have the following packaging options available (Additional charge applies): PVC Pouch, Acrylic Box, Bubble Bag, Backing Card, Plastic Box, Paper Box, Velvet Box, Leather Box, or Wooden Box.

These personalized medals are made to your order. Refunds and exchanges are not available for this item.

Our customized medals are packaged as carefully as possible. Although we can provide a refund for items, which have been damaged during shipping, we are unable to replace any personalized medals, which has been broken or damaged while in-transit. Please make sure to order additional pieces to cover extra guests or to provide for the probability of damage.
