Set-up Fees and Artwork:

• All custom orders must be accompanied by finished artwork and text
• Our preferred format is a vector-based image: Adobe Illustrator (.AI) or .EPS 
• Custom orders that need any graphic design change are subject to an additional $50 artwork design fee

Production Time:

• Standard Production Time: 20-35 Days (Excludes Shipping Time)
• Standard Shipping Time: 10 - 15 Days to most cities and countries
• Rush orders are subject to availability (Additional charge applies)

Request for Sample Print-out:

• If you would like to see how your logo or finished artwork looks like on the parasol paper and in the actual size of the canopy before mass production, you may request for a sample print-out. 
• The price of a sample printout is $15 per print.
• We will email you the photo of the sample printout, unless otherwise requested.
• Production Time of Sample Printout: 15 Days and separate from the production time of your bulk order.

These Custom Paper Parasol Umbrellas are Non-refundable and Non-exchangeable.

All custom printed paper parasol umbrellas are packaged as carefully as possible. Although we can provide a refund for items, which have been damaged during shipping, we are unable to replace any custom paper parasol, which have been broken or damaged while in-transit. Please make sure to order additional pieces to cover extra guests or to provide for the probability of breakage or damage.
