- A $50 set-up fee is applied to your order; this charge is added to your cart
- Our preferred format for your artwork is a vector-based image: Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or .eps

- Custom orders that need any graphic design change are subject to an additional $35 artwork design fee

Our personalized double-sided silk fans are packaged as carefully as possible. Although we can provide a refund for damaged items, we are unable to replace any personalized double-sided silk fan, which has been broken or damaged during shipping. Please be sure to order extras for additional guests or to provide for the possibility of breakage or damage.
