  Set-up Fees and Artwork
  

• A $50 custom artwork set-up fee is applied to each personalized order; this charge will be added to your shopping cart
• All custom orders must be accompanied by finished artwork and text
• Our preferred format is a vector-based: Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or .eps
• Hand fan design template is available upon request. Please message us.
• Custom orders that need any graphic design change are subject to an additional $35 artwork design fee
• For designs that require the use of specific ink colors, please provide us with the latter's Pantone Color Code
• For orders with custom-colored hand fan frame, please provide us with your custom color's Pantone Color Code



Production Time Options


• The Standard Production Time is 25 Days (Excludes Shipping Time)
• Rush Production: 10-12 Days (Excludes Shipping Time)
• Rush production fee is an Additional $65 per order for orders of up to 1,500 pieces

These custom printed fabric had fans are completely made to your order and shipped directly from our manufacturer. Refunds and exchanges are not available for this item.

Our personalized plastic fabric Spanish hand fans are packaged as carefully as possible. Although we can provide a refund for damaged items, we are unable to replace any personalized plastic handle Spanish fan that has been broken or damaged during shipping. Please be sure to order extra pieces to cover additional guests or to provide for the probability of breakage or damage.
